I was introduced to Rhesa by my mortgage officer. She was a part of my journey looking for a home. In a 1-and-a-half-year search. Rhesa was outstanding to work with! She really knew the area and was honest with us about which homes were a good fit and which weren't, always making sure we'd be in a good township, a safe neighborhood, and a place we could truly call home. When I first spoke to Rhesa she let me know that she'd help us in getting our house ready for listing. I assumed she meant referring people for painting, removing wallpaper, etc. What I did not expect was her physically helping us, but she and our daughter removed the wallpaper themselves. All of her recommended contractors were excellent and did a great job. As a TV commercial says "I got a man" and Rhesa does. Chances are we will never purchase a house again, but if we do Rhesa will be our only choice of Realtors.

Rhesa is amazing. When we first moved out here she helped us get into a fantastic rental! We were in it for almost 4 years. Shortly after we moved out here, my mom and step dad joined. Rhesa helped them find the perfect home. All of that was done while they were still in California. This was our turn, Rhesa was super patient, helped us so much, and was extremely thorough.
